Animals in the wild have a dignity to them. They are aptly fit not starved or overfed.
Animals reared in captivity are so unlucky.
Sometimes I wonder what samskAras the animals bred for slaughter give to those who eat them. Must be a lot of unhappiness. Thats why many gurus preach vegetarianism, I think.
