Everyone we know spends much of their time in one dominant chakra.
If you say you have a problem, the diagnosis and solution they offer you, indicates their chakra. It doesn’t say anything about your chakra or your needs.
My son explained the above principle yesterday with a lot of clear examples. It’s very true. My experience bears this out.
If life has robbed you of your confidence you may spend a lot of time following the advice of others and feeling disappointed with the results.
If you are troubled by something, only you or someone who is at your level or slightly above can help.
Seek your own counsel!

That is called expertise and a different perspective. You ask for advice when your way is not working. You want others to give that sort of advice. Otherwise you already know how to deal with it in your own way. You get to choose whether and how to act on the advice received.
That is also a nice balanced way to look at it.
The idea of this post is to recognise that however vehement the advice profferred is, whether you ask for it or have it thrust on you, it reflects the desires, values and stage of evolution of the giver.
So suppose the person is at chakra 2 and desires people and advises a person at chakra 5 who desires solitude, the advice is not useful.
For eg, a level 5 person may wonder why he is unhappy – too many people may be the cause – and a level 2 person may say – because you don’t get out enough and have enough friends. The level 2 person is saying what would make him unhappy not the other guy.
Thus in mayaabazaar a Revati devi – chakra 1 – might force a wealthy husband on a sasirekha not realising that to sasirekha – chakra – 2 love is more important than wealth.
Like that and all that!!
This is true of both the statement of the problem, and the suggestion of the solution.
Both tend to be viewed – from thecurrent dominant view – which is reflected in the chakra system.
The actual problem maybe unrelated to the statement of the problem and its solution.
The clearer our view – the closed they will be.
